Later I used:
High chair
Activity saucer
Stroller - although I do not use this as much as I thought.

Crib mattress
Crib sheets
Aden & Anais swaddle blankets
Exersaucer
Play mat
Toys (like V-tech. They get expensive when you have to buy them)
Sophie the Giraffe
Umbrella Stroller
Don't register for burp cloths, bibs or blankets. You get a ton of them without even asking.

Besides the obvious … here’s a few things I highly suggest
Breast Friend – if you plan on nursing. 100x better than the Boppy
A really good humidifier for when LO is congested
Little Remedies Starter Kit – came with a fever reducer, nasal saline, gripe water & gas drops
Nose Frida – don’t bother getting any other brand, this was the best
Triple Paste - way better than any other brand I've tried
Some things I found to be a waste…
Diaper Genie – not worth it IMO
Kiinde System – wasn’t efficient for me
Bottle Sanitzer – you’re fine just washing them and using them
