We make little sandwiches out of it with hard rolls and cheese.
You could also stew some apples with cinnamon and serve it over warm ham.

We love this. ham broccoli pasta bake
I also portion leftovers out and freeze it. It reheats great to serve plain or you can use it for soups, omelets, casseroles as needed.

It sounds gross but my mom always chops the ham and mixes in some cream cheese and mayo to make a ham salad. It's delish
