When does this usually take place. I know one just happened in January but do they have it twice a year?

Babies r us. Trade in?
They have been. Usually sept/October. But they're never a guarantee that it's going to happen and it usually isn't advertised until a week or two before they start.

The last 2 years they only had it in february
Eta: but sept or oct is car seat safety month, and a lot of manufacturers give decent discounts on car seats

The one in September last year was a trade up that I think was car seats and strollers only.
