Any follow DC cupcake girls weight loss

I watched their show when it was on TLC and I always loved them. Thought they were so cute and loved their story (2 Greek sisters who quit successful jobs to open their own cupcake shop and their mom would always come to help).

Anyway, I saw an article and they had a 100 lb. weight loss between the two. Amazing! And they did it slow and steady and had eachother for support. They said no miracle and no diets (they hate the word). They walked 6 miles a day and ate sensibly (and yes even had a cupcake for a snack). They said 6 miles seems like a lot, but they were surprised how doable it was. They would try to do it outside but used treadmill if weather was bad, etc.

Just wondering if anyone else saw their story? It really motivated me. Gonna start using my eliptical which has dust on it
