Weight Watchers Friendly Restaurant Theater District
We are going to see Hamilton soon and I would like to take my mom to dinner. She is following weight watchers and most of the places we know are have limited options. Ideally I would like an Italian restaurant.

She could get a meal in any restaurant. Just portion control and stick to salads, grilled fish, chicken, steak and steamed vegetables without sauces.

Absolutely this. All restaurant have healthy options. Just watch the portions they give. Take half home if it's a big portion size.
