I just saw something about this on FB where it said the kids are dressed from the 40's. I don't think they look like that at all. I think they are ususally dressed up for events and photo op's and they look adorable. Nothing wrong with looking well put together. I think most people in European countries dress a little nicer/fancier than we do in the US. We are used to wearing sweats everywhere. Anyway, those kids are cute. I wonder how they behave. I wonder if they destroy their house like my kids do! lol

I doubt they dress like this everyday, but I think it's great and refreshing to see these little ones dressed classy and like kids.
When I was little my brothers and I were dressed very much like this and it was way past the 40s :)
