Nothing. Use it almost daily and never had damage from it.

I used to use a Chi heat protectant product. It made my hair smell really nice too.

If you use an iron hair straightener....
I use tresemme thermal heat spray- inexpensive and does the job. I use just a small amount and brush through my hair before blow drying then use the flat iron as needed

Ive been using living proof. (the jen anniston one from Ulta) I like it.
Theres a thermal one on Amazon if you google it. Its 14.95 considered a best seller I was thinking of trying that one when I finish my living proof one.
I like to switch it up cause my hair gets too used to something and doesnt work as well. I find it with products and shampoos/Conditioners.

I just use Garnier Thermal Protectant or Cream of Nature Argan Oil.
