What to make with sausage and peppers?
I'm making chicken sausage and peppers for dinner tonight and usually I make them with potatoes. But we had potatoes last night with dinner and I don't want to do potatoes again. What else can I make besides a salad to have with the chicken sausage and peppers? TIA!

My MIL just made this on Sunday and she did potato salad and baked beans on the side.
Another option is just a side of cavatelli and broccoli tossed with garlic and olive oil.

Spaghetti, pasta, brown rice, large egg noodles, spaghetti squash
or make sausage/pepper hero's

I either get bread and make heroes or make pasta and sauté along with the sausage, peppers, garlic and oil.

I was going to do it over rice, but dh decided he wanted to get italian bread and have sausage and peppers heros. Next time i want to try over rice or with pasta and broccoli in garlic and olive oil.
