Kate Beckinsale Awkward family Photo
Anyone see this?
Kate Beckinsale is proving that even if you're a famous and beautiful actress, you can still come up with goofy ways to embarrass your kids. Last night on The Late Late Show, she shared with James Corden that she and her ex, Michael Sheen, posed for some pretty awkward photos with their daughter Lily for her birthday last year.
"It was her 16th birthday, and Michael and I thought it might be nice to recreate the birth in a photo," Kate explains as James displays the image in question, to the audience's gasps and giggles.
"That's why there's so much effort on my face, personally," Kate continues. "And Lily's doing the 'Yikes! I'm coming out of a vagina!' face. And Michael's not doing very much at all, which is quite realistically what the real thing was like."
But they didn't stop there. Before her appearance on the show, Kate shared another, less graphic recreation of that special day on Instagram. She posted a side-by-side image of Lily sleeping in her arms, in 1999 and 2016, with Michael looking on proudly in both photos. Kate captioned it, "Always a baby to me #Lily."

I love that these two are still so close and co-parent their daughter so well. They haven't been together for over a decade but they always seem to get along great. Good for them.
