She's not flabby but I think the thing is she is top heavy because she has quite a large chest for her frame.
Like if you look at her legs they are super skinny, not really curvy.
Then you go up top and BAM!
Still, I wouldn't bytch about being top heavy any day! I wish my boobs were bigger and my thighs smaller!
