City Select 2014 Questions!

Just got the city select today for a great price at buybuybaby! It's all put together, but I had two questions:

1. We plan to use it as a single stroller right now, but will get the 2nd seat if we ever need it. Does the seat go on the top brackets or the bottom if using it as a single? When I clicked it into the bottom part, I noticed that the seat can't sit straight up because it gets in the way of the storage basket. So, I'm assuming it goes on the upper brackets but I just want to be sure

2. How do you install the child tray? It is SO confusing!!!

3. Did you get car seat adapters or the bassinet kit? I have a graco snap and go that I planned on leaving in the car because it's lighter, and I plan to keep the city select in the garage and use for walks around the neighborhood. They say you can't put an infant in the stroller seat until 6 months old, so I'm wondering if an infant body support would work?

I've put the single seat on both brackets, but usually use the top ones.

I have the snack tray but still have never taken it out of the box (DD is 2 )

I used the car seat adapter because I had a Britax car seat. No issues...the car seat snapped right in and seemed secure, never wobbly or anything.

ETA: I did not use the bassinet

Thanks for the help! I ended up just buying an infant insert on amazon for the stroller, so that we can use it without the car seat attachment when the baby is under 6 months if we choose to. I will have the Graco snap and go frame in my car for trips to the store, daycare, etc etc etc, but I would like to be able to use the city select this summer for evening walks
