Sea bands yet?
I'm about 6 1/2 weeks along and am feeling a slight queasiness coming on. I definitely can't brush my tongue as my gag reflex is the worst right now. I have read that the sea bands help a lot. Is it too early to start wearing them if I don't fully have morning sickness yet? I'm an awful sick person lol but at the same time I'm afraid if I get ahead of myself they may lose their potency... Do you think that's possible? I will also ask doc tomorrow at my next appointment...

Sea bands yet?
Nope- your not awful. I've had bad nausea the past 2 days and I have been wearing sea bands and sucking on lemon candies like its my job and I'm just 6 weeks today. I'm trying to keep myself feeling as good as I can for as long as I can

Sea bands never loose potency because they are not a drug.
They are just putting pressure on an accupressure point that reduces nausea.
You can wear them now if you need them.
