labor inducting eggplant parm- scalini's recipe
Someone at work sent me this: http://www.scalinis.com/main-babies.html
and she swears by it! The story is pretty interesting, and I googled around and read a ton of testimonials from people who said it really works.
Figured I would share for anyone who wants to try to make it. It's probably a bunch of BS, but I love eggplant parm and it would make a delicious dinner nonetheless!
