Migraine sufferers
What do you do? I am dying over here and I know that I could take a tylenol but I also know it won't really work for me.

Migraine sufferers
Ice packs and hot showers help when I wait for meds to work. Haven't had one since BFP though...
Feel better

Cold dark rooms, cool showers lots of fluids and really just breathing thru it.

Re: Migraine sufferers
My doc told me to take tylenol and drink a cup of coffee after the tylenol. I would do that and sleep in a cool dark room. That always helped me

Re: Migraine sufferers
See a chiropractor! It helps so much and you won't need to take medication. My chiropractor specializes in pregnancy care so that was a plus.

Ask your OB is you are allowed to take a magnesium supplement daily. That really really helps reduce my migraines

Coffee or coke. Also ice packs. At the base of my skull or top of my head. Lie down with lights off and just try to breath through it.

Re: Migraine sufferers
My Dr told me tylenol and a coke. God knows that won't work for a migraine....EVER!
I just did an ice pack, a shower and slept to get through it. It was awful. I am sorry and I know how much it sucks.
