Exercise discussion in class . . .
my colleagure was basically saying you can do any exercise -cardio, strength training- but in order to shed pounds you need to walk, run or jog.
Is there any truth to this? I know that acrdio and strength training are huge parts of losing weight, but does your cardio have to be from walking, running or jogging?
