what weight tracking website do you use?

i don't use apps they just irritate me that you have to register your account microsoft etc.

I used to use weighttracker.com but seems they folded. I like seeing graphs etc long term tracking.

I use My Fitness Pal

It has definitely helped me stay within my calorie goal (when I'm 100% following) and showed me how much I was really consuming. And shows my progress daily. With food and weight

I was living in the world of - if I'm hungry, I'll grab an apple with peanut butter. That's healthy right? But as soon as I started tracking on MFP, I realized that added apple with peanut butter was putting me over my calories by 200+ a day. That's why i didn't lose any weight.

I restructured my eating to include foods that keep me full longer and now if I need a snack - I check the calories I have left and decide by that. Do I have enough for the apple w peanut butter? Maybe scrap the 80 cal apple and fill celery with some PB2.

Calories in - calories out (within reason - processed high sugar calories aren't the same as calories from blueberries) has been the only that has been working for me. And MFP is the reason I can do it!

Same - myfitnesspal.com. If you have a fitbit, I think you can track it on their website (but I don't use that feature since I already track it elsewhere).

ive tried like 2 others in the past, my fitnesspal is the best out there. love it. im addicted.

myfitnesspal for food monitoring, and I use the all Monitor Your Weight for my actual weight loss tracker
