Train horror stories

So I was stuck tonight in Brooklyn on the A train, apparantly a nutcase was on the tracks in Broad Channel and brought the evening commute to a standstill. This is tame compared to other A train stories I can write a book about.

Share some of your train LIRR/MTA train nightmare ride stories.

Ugh! Years ago, coming home from a concert at MSG an exceptionally drunk couple gets on the train. She passes out, laying across him. He's sitting up, swaying with the movement of the train and everyone around him knows what's coming. Before we could move, he vomits in the aisle and it just slides all over the floor. Everyone stuck behind it had to cllimb over the seats to escape. It was so nasty!

This is my first month riding the LIRR, so nothing there yet....
While riding the subway to college, an old lady sitting across from me died.
The pervert on the crowded 6 train that pinched my azz not once but twice. Second time I turned around and punched him in the face.
The pervert on the N train that would stand really close behind young women - on an empty train. My friends and I would call out to the girls that a pervert was standing behind them. The azzhat was dumb enough to keep at it, and every time we would call out.
Been in a couple of express bus accidents, only one though involving a pedestrian.
The 4 hour trips stuck in traffic.

Been commuting waaàaaayyyy too long.

Oh I have dozens!

In high school, some pervert unzipped his pants and stood with his d!ck out dangling it in front of the high school girls while they chatted obliviously. He did it so casually and just stood there holding the pole (the subway pole, not his own ) above his head like he was just on his way to work.

Another time some pervert stood underneath the stairs at our subway stop to look up girl's skirts (Catholic school) while he masturbated.

Then there's the time on the 7 train when some guy shoved me out of the way of the doors between cars while the train was really crowded. I said "All you had to do was say excuse me!" and he attacked me. He tried to punch me in the face but I ducked and he came after me again. Three guys literally hauled him, kicking and punching, off the train and threw him off at the next stop.

Another time a crazy woman shoved me on the stairs for what I can't remember- cutting her off? Going too slow? I don't remember. I stumbled down a few stairs and caught myself luckily. But she kept coming after me and slapped me across the face so I punched her so hard her glasses flew off her face into the train tracks and I gave her a bloody nose. The cops came but they just laughed with me and said she's obviously unstable and waited until she got on the next train.

I could go on!

I had someone scream at me recently while pregnant for sitting down in an empty seat and bumping his leg (he was man spreading). I told him I'm pregnant and this is the only open seat on the train. He said that was MY problem.

Another guy got mad at me while I was pregnant because I had the audacity to hold onto the pole he was leaning against on a super crowded express train. He harassed me for a few stops until this Jamaican guy threatened him. Then he got off at my stop and followed me for awhile hurling curses at me until I got onto the local train.

People are friggin crazy!

This isn't a horror story just a stupid one. I was on the LIRR and this girl sits next to me. The entire train ride she was facetiming her husband. Sitting directly BEHIND her. Passive aggressive much? Just politely ask me to change seats and I would have!

My mom told me a funny one. She said she was on the LIRR and it was a torrential downpour, like Noreaster kind of thing. She said the woman next to her got a call and I guess whomever was on the phone said she was stuck in the tunnel due to flooding. She said the woman started screaming "Get the **** out and swim!!!! Get out and SWIM!!!!!" My mom said everyone around her was looking at each other like WTF is going on

Last spring, during a heavy rain storm, while sitting on the LIRR, part of the roof opens up and water starts to pour in. I got wet, got up and moved to a different car. People stayed in their seats in that car???? why, odd

Subway: One time a homeless man was going to the bathroom # 2 walking around the car, his pants were pulled down...he was dropping all over....I smelled death....horrendous....longest trip between two stops ever.... when everyone ran off like our lives depending on it.

LIRR: It was a summer Friday and i had a sundress on. I was in the window seat and guy next to me wouldn't let me out at my stop. I asked him to get up a few times and he refused, so i had to climb over him. He took the opportunity to put his hands under my dress and "help" me over by holding my thighs...I screamed and guy in the aisle across from us ended up screaming at him and punching him in the face for "disrespecting the girl"..I just ran....never looked back.

HE IS WEARING A PAIR OF DIRTY ASS BOXER SHORTS ON HIS HEAD.

Oh, hellllllllllll no.

I got up to move and then he got up and stared at me. I'm glancing around like NO ONE SEES THAT HE HAS UNDERWEAR ON HIS HEAD?!?! And trying really hard not to laugh because he's obviously a nut.

He got off at the next stop and I stayed on the train praying for those doors to shut

I take the Brooklyn A train everyday to work and besides being beyond crowded with an occasional crazy person, I'm so happy that I have none of these crazy stories to tell!

Train horror stories

I ride the LIRR from Ronkonkoma every day.

Yesterday there was a guy the whole way on his phone who apparently did something wrong at work and was calling everyone he knew trying to prove he did nothing wrong. He was saying full names of people, giving examples of what they have done wrong. He did this all the way from Penn Station to Central Islip. He didn't realize we were at his stop he drops his garbage full of beer cans and ice on the floor and runs off. He had drank about 6 beers on the way home and then probably drove home.

I get on a train a few weeks ago and sit next to this guy. He looked normal but then mid way through the trip he kept making weird sounds, talking to himself then starting spitting on the floor. I got up and moved.

I fell asleep on the way home, a girl was sitting next to me she must have gotten off in Deer Park. Someone else sits down very loudly and woke me up. He smelled awful then decides to blow his nose on his hand then shakes it off in the aisle. He got up the next stop I was very thankful.

There is a guy on my daily morning train who blows up a pillow for his neck for 5 minutes. The sound irritates the hell out of me.

I hate commuting so much. Every day there is some wack job, rude person or just a smelly person. I am pregnant and so over the men pushing women out of the way to get seat. I am finally visibly pregnant and they still don't care.

Saw someone get stabbed on the #4 one day.

LIRR hit and killed someone (suicide by train) on a Friday around 5:30pm. I didn't get home until midnight.

I see a couple making out like teenagers on the train each morning who are married to other people. They are very loud so I hear all sorts of details about their spouses. One day his wife rode with him and the girlfriend was giving them death looks the whole time.

This morning on the F: a woman sitting in front of me was picking dry skin off her fingers and eating it. As in: using her right hand to pick off skin from the fingers of her left hand and then putting that dry skin in her mouth and chewing it, like gum. Yeah...
