What prenatals does your OB have you on?
I am not sure what my OB recommends have not seen him yet. But I am on VITAFOL DHA from my RE but I have a feeling they are not making these exact ones any more because when I look on the website, it has changed and they are not listed. Wonder what others are on.

What prenatals does your OB have you on?
Mine said I can take any that have DHA.

Vitapearl they were a prescription from the RE. I like them and for the most part they don't make me sick

I take Viafol One with DHA. It wasn't recommended by anyone. My GYN gave me a script for a prenatal and they gave me whatever they had in stock which was the genetic. CVS brand. I had to ask specifically for them to order Viafol for me. I just liked them the first time around so I decided to stick with them.

What prenatals does your OB have you on?
Mine never had me take a specific one. Just whichever one I wanted. I only took them in the first trimester for both pregnancies.

Same. I took Vitafusion gummy pre-natals with DHA. Later in my pregnancy, I was a little low on iron (those prenatals don't have iron), so my OB recommended I add a little more iron to my diet or take a supplement. I just changed my diet and I was fine.

Anything with DHA. And I take the gummies...makes me feel like it's candy and it stays down!

Not sure if you know this but if you go to the companies website you can get a discount prescription card so the most you will need to pay out of pocket for these pills is $10 a month. I have been on the prenate mini for almost four years straight and it's a huge money saver.

I take Nature Made's Prenatal Multi with DHA. My doctor said they were perfectly fine to take. I get them on Amazon. Here's the link!
