I ordered a bathroom vanity & mirror set from there. Luckily, I love the vanity in person. The mirror's measurements were off. Wasn't happy it was so big but I kept it anyway. They only did curbside dropoff but my contractors were here & able to bring it inside.
I also ordered a TV stand from there. It was missing the magnets for the doors but they were so helpful when I called. Got the magnet a week later.
It's risky ordering furniture online but it worked out ok in my case.

I LOVE wayfair! We purchased a few pieces of furniture (desk, kitchen cart, small table) and décor stuff and never had a problem.
Plus, it's free shipping right now.

I have. The piece was exactly what I wanted and had seen at a decorator show house. I ended up paying less than half of what it should have cost because shipping was completely screwed up. I ended up having to coordinate with the manufacturer and get a different third party shipper to pick the item up after the original shipper failed to show up multiple times. I ended up having to do a lot of leg work to get everything done, and wayfair was really good about owning up to the problems. They ended up giving me the item for less than their cost because it took three months for an in stock item that no showed five times before I actually received it. The item finally arrived and it was and is exactly what I wanted.

a few months ago i ordered a china cabinet from wayfair. Was nervous myself but they were great. They called me the day before and told me a 4 hour time frame but when the piece arrived it was damaged...so DH and i refused the order and called wayfair. They apologized and sent a new china cabinet a week later. The men put it together and were out of the house within a half hour. No complaints.

LOVEEEEEEE WAYFAIR! Got 2 chairs for my living room there. Got curtains, new light fixture, cabinet and a table.
TOTALLY great experience. Great shipping. Fast. Items were in perfect condition!
I went by reviews and also did some research. I would google the name of the item and look if any other sites had it what the reviews were there. Confirmed I was getting a good price, etc.
