I have tried a bunch and I don't think so either. I feel like the gloss effect might help a little, but you can get that without spending $$$ for a "plumper".

I use Too Faced lip Injection
Its pretty good, makes my lips a reddish color and def tingles a bit
I like it with nothing else on my lips, even just for the shiny gloss look
worth a try, sephora and ulta take everything back if you dont love it
