Summer Vegetable Pasta Salad
Just made this. Phenomenal! The vinaigrette is outrageous. makes a great pasta salad for a bbq/picnic. Added artichoke hearts.

I was confused too! I did all raw (I omitted the summer squash). I actually loved the zucchini raw.

totally cook the quinoa and use it as a substitute for the bow ties! or just cook it and add any veggies to it and throw the vinaigrette on it

wow! I just went to the link and no, its not the same recipe! w t h! i have it pinned too!
if you scroll down the page, the original picture with the bow tie pasta is there under "More recipes you may like" and it's called summer vegetable pasta salad. when i click it, gives me the wrong recipe. i'm stumped and upset that was a great recipe!!

That's so odd. I had clicked on it when you first posted and it took me to a completely different recipe than it's taking me to now.
What the heck?
And I pinned it. Take a look at this. This shows the recipe I pinned. But if you click it - to go to the website- it's the wrong recipe again.

Could be!! I will make it and taste that vinagrette. I can't remember the ingredients. Also the photo is the correct photo that goes with the original recipe!
