Who is getting it? How do you figure out sizing? When do you start wearing it? For how long? When you sleep too? Do we think it is worth it/works?

I did not get it and my stomach went down right away (granted I carried small and did not gain a ton of weight - less than 25 lbs).

If you are going to use it, I would start wearing it right away, all day.

People who use it swear by it, but I honestly can not imagine wearing it while trying to nurse a newborn after a vaginal birth. I had a hard time sitting down comfortably and then trying to prop a newborn up to nurse - yay - the belly bandit would have lasted 2 seconds.

i got it in a small because even though i measured medium, I was told my belly would shrink quick and the medium wouldn't help. I am 4 days postpartum and can almost get it on.. Hopefully, I can get it on in the next few days. But until then, I am just wearing maternity yoga pants and things like that to squeeze everything back together

I had it when my first. I found it very uncomfortable. Maybe bc I'm short. I liked the wrap the hospital gave (I had a cs). I used both, I think they helped.

I used it for both LOVED it!! It helped my stomach go down yes but you still have to workout to get it tight again! I'm getting for after my birth this time too! ETA: I wore it from the min I was out recovery for my C-section. And i didn't sleep in it. But I wore it for about 5 mths or so

update from my previous post: ok so the sizing told me a medium, but i got a small because i read it ran big. I am 6 days postpartum, and the belt fits as of yesterday. Definitely go one size down
