Fav easy summer salad

I made an easy cucumber and tomato salad last summer a lot and can't find the recipe. I think cilantro and avocado was in there. LOL!

Anyone make something like this? It was real easy and good.

Any other recipes they love to make in the summer?

I made this last weekend and it was yummy.
You can add ingredients if you want, like tomatoes, etc

This is my favorite and I get requests for it when I go to parties in the summer:

Mixed greens
Blueberries
Strawberries (quartered)
Raspberries
Mandarin oranges (canned - rinsed and drained)
Cucumbers (sliced thin)

On the side: a container of slivered almonds and a container of Gorgonzola (since lots of people have nut allergies or dairy issues, I keep these things on the side)

And the dressing, which is what makes this salad awesome: Brianna's poppyseed dressing

So good and refreshing.

If you make it for yourself and keep it at spinach rather than greens, leftovers can be blended into a smoothie (if you leave the dressing and cheese out, of course)

A plain tomato salad (tomatoes, scallion, basil, salt, oregano, olive oil) in that order.

My favorite: baby arugula with some baby mixed greens, red grapes, walnuts and Gorgonzola. I just dress with lemon juice, salt pepper and evoo.
