Baby registry
So this is my 3rd pregnancy and I am having twins my question is... Is it tacky if I register for things? I need another high chair, some car seats, another bounce seat and some other odds and ends. Is it also wrong to have a sprinkle? I'm not expecting gifts for the sprinkle but it would be helpful since it is twins. I didn't have a sprinkle for my second bc it was a single pregnancy and I had everything. But since this pregnancy is twins I need a few more items. I'm not sure what to do...

Re: Baby registry
IMO: Nothing wrong with creating a registry for any baby if there are things you need. I created one at 14 weeks for DD2. Not because I expected anyone to buy me things, but just so I could organize items I anticipate needing/wanting. I didn't even tell anyone I started one.
I also see nothing wrong with having a sprinkle, but I am one of the few people who loves attending showers/sprinkles. Maybe it's because I just crave opportunities to socialize with others.
Again IMO, I wouldn't plan my own sprinkle, but if I had someone who wanted to plan it in my honor I would be grateful. I am actually going to a sprinkle for a friend in a few weeks.

Re: Baby registry
You're having twins. Regardless of whether or not you have previous children, it's common sense that you're going to need things for these babies. I dont see anything wrong with having a sprinkle! I wouldn't plan my own, but if someone else is willing to throw a little something then I say go for it!

Baby registry
I had twins and now having one baby and I did a registry. I made it basically for myself to keep track of things I needed. My mom has since decided to throw me a sprinkle so I added some other things. When it is twins people want to buy you things I see nothing wrong with a sprinkle.

Baby registry
Most close friends and family will prob ask you what you need anyways so no harm in starting a registry. Babies r us gives you 10 percent back for anything purchased off your registry even if you end up buying it yourself so it might be worth it unless you can find it cheaper elsewhere.

Re: Baby registry
This is my second and I created a registry. Because this is 5 years between pregnancies and different genders. When I told my immediate family they were glad I did.

Re: Baby registry
I'm typically not a fan of sprinkles.. except in the situation of multiples or a large 5+ age gap.
I would go ahead and make a baby registry. If not for anything else it'll help you keep track of what you need and you'll get the completion coupon at the end even if you buy everything yourself lol.
