Shakeology - I caved
So I started the 21 Day Fix today, which is a pain in the ass, but I have a friend who has done REALLY WELL on it, so Im trying.
With that said, Ive always been curious about Shakeology so I bought the fix with it. I see what the hype is all about it, its DELICIOUS!!!! Ive tried a million and one protein shakes, hell, I work for a company that makes them and hated them all.
I have the Cafe Latte right now with ice, water and almond milk and its just like an iced coffee, not grainy.....also, doesn't taste like a protein shake.
Don't know if I can continue to justify the cost every month, but for now, loving it.

I loved the taste of it I just couldn't justify the price so found cheaper ones
