Total body shaping in deer park
Updated because I realize the name of the place I'm interested in was incorrect. Duh. Lol.
Has anyone does the 10 week program? I signed up for the one in deer park and looking for real reviews.

10 week program meaning you joined for 10 weeks or is it a special challenge group? I did FBBC for a year and LOVED it. My membership was up at the end of June and I did not rejoin because I am a teacher off for the summer and don't live near Deer Park (I work near there). I miss it so badly! Aly the afternoon trainer) is awesome. If I can figure out child care in September I am going to rejoin. Best workouts of my life and different every single time.

fit body bootcamp
Thank you for the reply. Its a 10 week program and then it appears you switch to monthly.

I see the title changed. I did Fit Body Boot camp which is different than Total body Shaping.
