Update on me
I had another sono today at a new practice. And we saw a perfect little 10w baby!!!!!! I was so relieved and vindicated in a way - in my heart of hearts I knew there was a baby but I was prepared for any outcome.
I love this new practice - Dr. Berman is ammmmaazzzing!!!!
No clue what the other tech was smoking when she said she saw an empty sac - he suggested a cyst, but he didn't see one. I'm so happy I went with my gut and saw a new dr, I don't even want to think what could have happened if I went back to to the other Doctor. The baby was pretty hidden and I do have a tilted uterus, but all in all, it was an amazing morning!!!!

Wow, what a great update!!!
It's absolutely insane that your old office missed the baby and were looking at the wrong thing. Disturbing actually. Just wondering if you'll call them to let them know how they screwed up? I'd hate to think that could happen to another person.

Oh yes I totally plan to contact the office on Monday and give them hell! What the eff was she even looking at? The Dr didn't check me he just went off her findings. I found a whole forum of misdiagnosed miscarriages and blighted ovums and it was shocking how many people found babies right before D&C or after weeks of being told to wait to miscarry or potentially being given meds to induce miscarriage.

This is legitimately horrifying!!!! Thankfully you got out of that practice. You're in better hands!
