Flexible Dieting - IIFYM
Does anyone do flexible dieting - IIFYM? How hard is it to follow? I don't track right now, but eat relatively healthy - with the exception of the last few weeks - darn vacation!! I think macro counting will allow me to get the results I desire, but I don't want to dedicate my entire day, everyday to figure this out.

Honestly I tried it and couldn't figure out what to eat to not make me go over macros. It was hard lol. If you are on fb I'm in a group called iifym women.
