He looks more like Alan from the Hangover in this picture than his own character. He needs stubble, but I don't like the full beard look on him.
I'm just impressed lady Gaga is wearing normal clothes.

She looks really cheesy and not so cute here IMO. Fried bleached hair, outfit is a bit too skimpy, and I'm not a fan of her tattoos, sunglasses, or her dirty/scabbed over knees. She would easily fit into my middle school circa 1989. Minus the tattoos!
