Breast pump bag
So I ordered my breast pump through Medela which is free but they wanted 75 for the freaking tote. Have any of you bought a separate bag for cheaper?

I wouldn't buy anything until you know you need it.

I used a reusable bag that you get from like the supermarket.

Re: Breast pump bag
I just use another tote bag that I already had. IMO you don't really need a special bag. You'll want something big enough to hold the pump, parts, bottles, and maybe a cooler bag if you'll need it where you'll be pumping.

The tote isn't necessary. I say take the $75 and put it towards a nicer bag. As mentioned you can fit the pump, parts and a small cooler bag in a reusable shopping bag.

Re: Breast pump bag
NSLIJ sent me home from the hospital with a bunch of things in a small bag they provided. It ended up being THE PERFECT bag for my pump!

I forgot all about the parting gift! They sent me home with the most perfect diaper bag. It was so practically designed. I ended up using it more than the one I purchased. Hope I get another this time around :)

Agree with the others that the medela bag is unnecessary. When I was nursing DS, I just lugged my pump stuff to work in a regular backpack
