Bethpage state park playground -

Hey guys I can't find info on this- maybe one of you know

I know they charge admission to use the playground, just not sure if that's only until Labor Day or if it goes through Columbus Day

Does anyone know?

FYI- Just got off the phone with them

After Labor Day, they charge $8 on the weekends until November. There's no charge for Monday-Friday

At a state park you have to pay to get into?

Yep. Stinks cuz it really is a beautiful playground

$8 for what will prob be a 45 minute stay is nuts.

How do they charge for a playground? Is it along the bike path? I never saw fees being collected just for a playground.

The more I think about it...that fee they told you on the phone might be for admission to the park itself. Not an additional fee for the playground.
Thst sounds about right for a state park fee.

Yeah it's to get in to the state park

Still not gonna pay that for a short stay
