Menu week of 10/9
Sunday- baked sea bass, green beans, roasted potatoes
Monday- slow cooked beef ragu over pasta with peas
Tuesday- sweet and sour chicken over rice with broccoli
Wednesday- leftover pasta
Thursday- roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, roast carrots
Friday- chicken chili
Saturday- chicken, apple, gouda quesadillas

Sun - a big bowl of popcorn and a Manhattan or two
Mon - kale, sweet potato, chickpea Buddha Bowl
Tue - grabbing something quick before a class
Wed - leftovers from Monday
Thu - tomato soup with Parmesan crisps, salad
Fri - usually takeout
Sat - not sure yet

Sat: chicken burgers and baby carrots
Sun: pasta with peas
Mon: meatloaf, rice and beans and baby carrots
Tues: English muffin pizzas
Wed: pumpkin soup
Thurs: leftovers
Fri: out to eat

Sunday: Slow cooker turkey breast, mashed cauliflower
Monday: Turkey paninis, zucchini fries
Tuesday: ST chicken ropa vieja over rice
Wednesday: ST pasta with butternut squash and sausage
Thursday: Buffalo chicken grilled cheese, tomato soup
Friday: ST chicken with string beans and bacon, roasted red potatoes
Saturday: Chicken lo mein

Menu week of 10/9
Sunday: Home made pizzas and salad
Monday: pork chops with gravy and rice, steamed broccoli rabe
Tuesday: Grilled chicken thighs, zucchini and basil
Wednesday: monday leftovers
Thursday: turkey burgers, grass fed sliders for the kids, tofu for me
Friday: Shrimp stir-fry
Edited to change Weds /Thurs

Hah, yep I definitely have this one pinned.
Have either of you made it before? Would love to know how it is. I've had it on my menu,bought the ingredients,but never got around to making it.

Sunday: Penne Vodka
Monday: Raviolis with sauce
Tuesday: Breaded chicken cutlets with fries
Wednesday: Leftovers because we had a hospital tour to go to
Thursday: Spaghetti and meatballs
Friday: Chicken sausage, peppers, and potatoes on fresh rolls
Saturday: We have a BBQ to go to (and I hear there will be cookie cake)

I only made it once. It was decent, "interesting". My husband really liked it. I meant to make it again, just haven't gotten around to it.
