Non-Muffin top causing Jeans?!?!?

I ain't gonna lie! I'm working on it, but still have that damn muffin top because of those low cut jeans.

I bought a pair of levis, (i think) that are higher waist-ed, but they aren't all that flattering... The stretch in them causes lumps and bumps in the legs, knees, etc..

Tell me: Does a jean exist that is higher waist-ed and will not stretch to make lumps?

TIA!

I have been loving my Lee Platinum that I got at Macy's.
They come in curvy fit which I need because I have thighs.

They do have stretch though but I don't notice any bumps from it.

And they aren't your mother's Lee jeans- these are their higher end version- the Platinum label

I've been wearing high risers from
Madewell for 2 years. I got a pair of black high rise denim from top shop a few weeks ago and I'm in love! They sell them at Nordstrom.

I just got a pair of Style & Company ones from Macy's. I believe they're on sale now.

How does these run size wise?
I usually size down in jeggings because of all the stretch.
Are they different because they are high rise?

Im addicted to 7 mid-rise jeans. Not too high waisted but they stop just at the right point on your waist to hold in any "muffin"

They run true to size imo. I've always bought 7 and citizen jeans back when I could afford it (before kids) lol and then I stopped wearing jeans all together bc I found them so uncomfortable. But these target jeans to me, are a godsend. I started with the mid rise, which I loved also. They were buy one get one half off so I bought every shade! They're worth a shot!
