Bras- especially for those with big boobs!
Anyone have really big boobs before getting pregnant have a good bra recommendation? Pre-pregnancy I wore a 32G. I got a few larger band bras that have underwire and they are SO uncomfortable destination maternity doesn't have I guess what I'm looking for and in a big enough size. Today I was so desperate for comfort on my lunch I ran to destination maternity to look for something without an underwire because that's what's causing so much pain against my ribs. I got 1 for like $25 it's no underwire but it's just not doing me justice. I look like I have one large boob. I don't want to order online I need to try on. I also don't want to spend a fortune because they are going to change yet again after birth. I do plan to breastfeed but I'm so desperate I would rather go braless or with a tank at this point. They are huge, probably will get bigger and I'm not comfortable. Any bras anyone had success with?! If it's a really good awesome comfortable bra I'm willing to pay the money just for some comfort

I am still able to wear my pre-pregnancy bras (they are fantasie brand, a t-shirt bra style), but did you try getting a band extender, so the underwire won't press as much? I am probably going to do that soon.

I did the bra extended for a while. My one baby is all up in my ribs too so it makes it worse

Re: Bras- especially for those with big boobs!
I have large boobs and even when not pregnant, I am often uncomfortable in bras, as I can't find the right fit ever. I am so happy to have gotten Bali bras at Macy's with no underwire (I really don't need extreme support). They stretch and they are comfortable. They are decent looking but I do not care at this point, as long as I have a bra on and am comfortable. The sizing does not run the same (larger band size than normal, smaller cup that normal). Go try a bunch on and see what you think. I had to try on about 4 sizes to find the right fit. Thank GOD for them as I don't know what I would do without them!!

Re: Bras- especially for those with big boobs!
Also want to say that Destination Maternity, the bras were AWFUL. Terrible terrible fit, nothing fit and all were uncomfortable, weird fitting etc.Go to Macy's try on the Bali's no underwires in a 36DD or 36DDD (to compensate for the 32G). Trust me, you will be happy!!! And I got them on sale, buy one, get one half off. They are so worth it. I was getting to the point of going braless also, tired of not feeling like I fit in a bra all day.At least these stretch so as "THEY" grow, the bra can accommodate.

Thank you!!! I will head to Macy's this weekend. I only bought one yesterday out of sheer desperation and not knowing what else to do! Hahahha at least it was only $25 but still. Ugh too bad I just can't go braless for the rest of my pregnancy!!

Could you link to the ones you liked? I'm a 36E, and my boobs look like someone pumped them full of air with a bike tire pump, so I am going to need something new soon, but the Macys closest to me is AWFUL so I think I might have to order online.

I have this one in 4 colors. I normally wear a size 34DDDD, since Bali's doesn't have that size I wear a 38DD in this. Fits similar if not the same http://www.onehanesplace.com/shop/onehanesplace/bra/bras-brand/bali-bra/bali-support-wirefree-bra-13837 Also have this one. It comes in s, m,l, xl, etc. I have a large in this (they show you how to choose the size in the size chart pictured by the smaller pics of the bra). http://www.onehanesplace.com/shop/onehanesplace/bra/bras-brand/bali-bra/bali-wirefree-bra-23782 Even when not pregnant my straps would slip and it's so annoying. These Bali bras are amazing, no underwire and the straps do not slip! You can search this site for any BALI wire free bras to see the selection. But Macy's does have a ton.

Awesome! I didn't know they had band sizes at a 32, I tried there a few years ago and they didn't have them!!! I hate bra shopping I've always said I'm going to create my own bra line to custom meet women's needs and not charge a million bucks!!! My size is so impossible sometimes. Luckily I put on a few lbs a few years ago- a 30G was impossible to find

I highly recommend going to a good bra shop and getting a fitting. They will help you find something that is comfortable and gives support. I went up five cup sizes while pregnant and I was busty to begin with--I feel like buying good bras definely helped.
