Viewing district classrooms?
Does anyone know if the district usually lets you view their classrooms? I was looking to see how their self contained K classroom is (although I think they combine K-1-2?). Right now my DS is in a 6:1:3 so I was trying to see if they have something similar.

I was allowed to when my son was going into K. I looked at the self contained (12:1:1) and the inclusion class.

Same for me too. And yes it is combined in my son's school (he has 5 kindergarteners, 1 first grader, and 5 second graders in his class).

Viewing district classrooms?
I think the combing is district dependent. We did not have combined grades. It was all kids in K.

We are in the city and my DS is in self contained last year and this and they were both combined.
Last year he was in third, and the class was second and third. This year he is in fourth and the class is third and fourth.
