Those that have an LLC in New York State...please come in
I filed with LegalZoom and received all my paperwork back, but theres a law in NY that you need to put an ad in a newspaper publication within 120 days.
Maybe I'm just not getting it haha, but is it as simple as just placing an ad in the Pennysaver?
HELP!!!!!!!

There are certain papers that you should publish in based on where you are located. I am attaching a link to the DOS website as well as a publishing service that will do it for you.

No its a publication service. I used a company to do it for me. If you call legal zoom they can give you a few people. The amount was around $350 and then they sent me a copy of the publications along with receipts.

Yeah, we had to do this but my lawyer handled it. Research but I think it has to be certain newspapers for some period of time.
