Question about postive opk and O day
So, I got my positive OPK today (day 17). What do you estimate as O day? The next day or two days? The day CM dries up? I have two kids and did all this both times, but somehow forgot all this stuff.

I thought you O 24-48 hrs after a positive. Most commonly 36 hrs after. I always dtd the next day and the day after that too just to be safe. When CM dries up, you already O'ed.

Depends on the person, but the majority of people will O 24-48 hours after their positive OPK. I used to get a positive for 2 days and then the third it was over, meaning I had Oed. The first day it was negative after positive is considered 1DPO. So, the last day of your positive is considered O day.

Thanks for the responses. I had a positive yesterday. DTD last night. Will do so again tonight. I think I O'd this am. I had some cramps on lower left side. And not really seeing much CM now compared to yesterday. OPK was negative today. I guess I'll say tomorrow is 1DPO.

If you O'd this morning and this morning your OPK was negative, today is 1dpo. You can DTD tonight, but last night was probably your best shot.

its 1dpo because when she tested this morning it was negative.

its 1dpo because when she tested this morning it was negative.
If you definitely ovulated today, then tomorrow is 1 dpo. What am I missing?

No, this is inaccurate. Take it from someone who lived at the REs office to get pregnant. If you Oed that morning, that's O day. The next day is 1dpo. 1 day past ovulation cannot be the day of ovulation.
