I just finished it & absolutely loved it.

Left me wanting more.

I really liked it...crazy how no one aged...at all! I just wish Sookie was in it more. That was the only thing that felt off to me.

I have one more episode left and will watch tonight. The first 2 seemed a little forced to me but I loved the third episode, Summer. The best part is the secondary characters, All of the townspeople are so funny. Lorelai and Rory are kind of horrible people.

I don't like how they made Rory like her life went nowhere, vagabond, cheating on her boyfriend, sleeping with an engaged man, no job...etc.
Really differs from the head strong, smart Yale Rory we saw growing up.

The Logan/Rory thing pissed me off. It's so not like her. She needs to be with jess!! He still loves her.

after some time, really disliked the ending.

the first episode seemed like a play, but then once then got into it it was great.

Like other said, hated Rory. Hated what happened,hated her decision, hated it all. And "the last four words"? really? that's how you ended the show? horrible. I get the whole coming full circle idea, but somehow Rory seemed a pale and more evil imitation of Lorelai.
L was 16 and felt she had no choice. R is 32 and DEFINITELY has a choice.
As much as they are alike, Logan is NOT Christopher. He would be there for rory and the baby.

I LOVE Jess, always have and always will. But at this point, he's too good for rory. also, imagine those family parties- lorelai's daughter dating her "nephew". weird.

my favorites as always, Emily and Paris. I cried at every Richard scene.

The sookie scene was sooo forced. Why was she even there? She wasn't acting like sookie, but like melissa mccarthy. and if she's "still" her best friend how come she wasn't at the wedding but michel was? totally unnecessary and i kind of wish she never came back.

same with dean, another unnecessary scene. it was nice to see jared, but i watch him every week on his other show, where he's not such an a**.

April- really? a pot-smoking lost 20-something? i don't think so. That' girl would not have fallen apart until at least 45.

overall, i hated how ASP took these two powerful girls (rory and april) and completely destroyed them, especially Rory. She's broke, has no home, no friends, barely sees her family, and the only way she can think of to make money is too do something that will hurt her mother who has already given up her entire life for the girl? and how entitled was she? working as a teacher at Chilton was too good for her? really? there are worse things. She definitely was not the Rory i used to love watching.

See, to me, I feel like Rory was exactly the same as she's always been. She's always been entitled and while she worked hard, she also "expected" things to be handed to her just because she was Rory. In season 7 when she didn't get the job she was expecting, she pretty much fell apart until finally hopping on the Obama campaign trail. The affair with Logan didn't seem so out of place to me personally, because I see that aspect of her personality.

I do think the final 4 words would have had a stronger impact 10 years ago when she was 22 as opposed to 32 but the amount of immaturity she showed in these episodes seems fitting as well. And I was totally with lorelai in regards to the book. That was a hard slap in the face I feel for Rory to deliver. At least offer to change the names and make it more fiction or something.

And I still love Jess. He's got his life together and honestly while I'm team Jess, I don't think she deserves him anymore. Her and Logan are made for each other lol.

April was pointless. Sookie was pointless. That freakin play was pointless though I LOVED the unbreakable song. I cried during it.

Emily was amazing throughout. Although I was sad she was able to care for the maid and the maids family better than she could her own. Least it seems she was able to find happiness.

I really need to watch the whole series, I watched two of the specials and was bored.
