Ideas for gifts for therapists
15 month old DD gets speech, PT, Special Instruction and will start getting OT soon. Ideas for gifts? She's had these therapists for 6 months with the exception of OT which hasn't started yet.

I always do Target, visa or Amazon gift cards. The more therapists, the less they get unfortunately. This year with the addition of the bus driver and bus matron I have 11 ppl to tip between teachers, aids, therapists etc. For someone whose only been with us a very short while, I do a $10 Dunkin' Donuts gift card. I also usually attach a chocolate or something small to the envelope and write a note about how grateful I am for their help with my child. I always give our family photo card too which most love.
I've also heard of people giving fresh baked goods or boxes of chocolate. Generally I think food or $$ is most appreciated :)

I've done small gift cards or sometimes just a card depending on how good they are or how difficult they made my life lol. Since you have a few to buy for (and they all know that) I would just get around a $10gc.

My son is almost 18 now (faint lol), but since he had so many therapists throughout the years, I always gave them a nice box of chocolates or cookies. BJ's has some nice chocolates and tins of nice cookies! I've done Panera GC's for some of his junior high and high school teachers through the years. I figure they can get lunch...I always did around $10-15. His 1:1 I always spent much more on

When my son had EI therapists, they all had Ipads... so we got them apple gift cards so they could buy apps.... either for their own use or ones to use with the kids they worked with (they were always buying apps to use for their therapy sessions). They really appreciated it!!!

Parents always get me coffee GC's bc I'm always carrying a coffee cup and i love it!
