Re: Cookies!
One of my favorites are the Chocolate Crinkle Cookies!
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients:
-1 Cup Unsweetend Cocoa Powder -1 1/2 Cups White Sugar -1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil -4 Eggs -2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract -2 Cups All Purpose Flour -2 Teaspoons Baking Powder -1/2 Teaspoon Salt -Confectioner’s Sugar (For Dusting) 1. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together cocoa powder, white sugar, and vegetable oil until it comes together into a shiny, gritty, black dough. 3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing for 30 seconds after each addition. Add the vanilla and mix in thoroughly. 4. Slowly mix flour mixture into the chocolate mixture at low speed until just combined. Do not overbeat. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill overnight or for at least four hours. 5. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the confectioner’s sugar in a wide bowl or dish. Using a small scoop or rounded teaspoon, scoop out chilled dough and roll into 1 inch balls with your hands. Roll the balls in the confectioner’s sugar and place on cookie sheets. Bake for 10- 12 minutes. Allow to cool for a minute before transferring to wire cooling rack to cool completely.

Cookies!
Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bars - Delicious and so simple to make! Takes about 3 min to put together. - 1 stick Margarine - must be margarine even though I hate to use it! Will not come out as well with butter! -1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips -1 cup of peanut butter chips - 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 13x9 baking pan with Renoylds Release alum foil - do not skip this step! Melt one stick of margarine in pan in oven. When Margarine is melted, take out of oven and firmly press down the 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs. Pour over evenly ( as evenly as you can) can of condensed milk over graham crackers. Add the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips on top of milk. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, will get lightly browned on top when ready.

i also once made "old fashioned" ccc. i used my regular ccc recipe and added a bunch of bourbon, orange zest, and dried cherries soaked in bourbon.
