yes there is a theory that william is man in black and I believed it episode 4 and i still believe it now in fact i swear they confirmed it multiple times on the show. They know we already know william is man in black.
there are 3 timelines - arnold's/original park, logan and william's story and the present/bernard/MIB
im sad elysie is gone and that bernard killed her

I totally buy the 3 timeline theory. It makes sense especially since they said the hosts experience memories so vividly that it almost seems like it's happening right now.
I could not believe Bernard was one of them! I did not see it coming until a second before when he said "What door?"  But once we found out he was a host I knew he was an Arnold clone.

Oh see I think they set it up fantastically for next season. It was wrapped up neatly, but the hosts are becoming conscious. Dolores made the decision to kill Ford, she's following her own inner monologue now. Unlike when Arnold programmed her to kill him. There's going to be all out war. I'm so excited to see it go down! After that I'm not sure where they can go though.
And I was so sad to see the man in black was William.  As soon as she said there's someone who loves me I was like oh no, it's totally him.
ETA: I like Maeve's story line, too. I thought she was being a total bad ass! But it was just a new story line.... I wonder if her return to the park was a conscious decision or if she was programmed to return.

I think she was programmed to leave so they (the board) could smuggle her information out of the park. I think she voluntarily changed her program by staying in to find her daughter.
I loved the finale but the hopeless romantic in me was disappointed that William turned out to be such a shit. Although I think he was genuinely happy that the hosts are finally thinking and doing things of their own free will -- I think that was his master plan all along.

YES! I was wondering that, too. Clearly William has full control over the company. He tied him to the horse naked and sent him on his way... but they're in a place where he *shouldn't* be able to be killed, especially at that time. So weird!!

I binged this show and finished last night and WOW.
Definitely believe we will see more of William/The MiB for next season - he only got shot in the arm. Plus he's the major shareholder of a company where all the robots are now ready to fight back.
So interested to see what the future holds for Maeve.
Teddy looked utterly horrified at Dolores killing everyone. I can imagine that he might end up going against her and maybe trying to stop the "woken" robots from murdering everyone.
I was a little confused about Logan - the douche future BIL of William. He tied him to a horse naked and then the horse ran off, but what happened to him? Is it supposed to be an indication that he died in the park?

Yeah, Teddy did look horrified. I think he's also remembering "Escalonte" or however its spelled. His memory of Wyatt is actually of Dolores. And he took part in that massacre, too.

See, i don't think Dolores made any decisions on her own at all - she did exactly what she was programmed to do. Ford programmed her to kill him and programmed/stole all those retired hosts to kill the entire board. What war is there to have? The board is surrounded by hosts and they started to kill everyone there. The command center was shut down and locked in - there's no security forces coming to the rescue or to fight. And even if they did - who would they kill? Robots? Their park would be shut down and ruined. Which i'm guessing is what is happening anyway now.
I assumed Man in Black/William was killed - because he had that smile on his face as if to say 'finally, something is happening that is real and there are real consequences". That's what he's been looking for this entire time. That's what he thought the maze was going to give him.
I think its the perfect way to end it. Not everything is wrapped up neatly, but i didn't think it needed to be.
I also think Maeve was doing what she was programmed to do as well - whether it was Arnold/Bernard who did it, or Ford.
There was no robot rebellion/rising.. it was all Ford and his way of keeping control of the park. Basically if they didn't want him, then he was going to destroy the whole thing.
I think Maeve turned around because Ford really didn't want her going out into the real world, he wanted to save her and keep her in the park in her comfortable environment. her going back for her daughter was just a convenient storyline - because that host who was her daughter isn't really her daughter, she's some other character now.
Lets be real.. what would have happened to her out in the real world? she would have broken down and failed pretty quickly i'm sure. and we don't even know what the 'real world' was in this story. Maybe the reason this park is so successful is because the real world suckss so much.
who knows 
Either way, i thoroughly enjoyed it all!

Ok so I tried so, so hard to get into this show but I gave up after episode two. I just can't do the sci fi / robot stuff! DH enjoys it and plans to continue watching...

Interesting- that's not how I took it at all. I took it as Dolores was beginning to hear her own voice in her head as a sign of consciousness. They did say that was what they intended the whole time- that consciousness would be reached when their own voice took over their inner monologue. She was programmed to make the journey but the decision to kill Ford was entirely her own. She knew that's what he wanted from her but it's also what she needed in order to be free.
I absolutely think there will be a war- there's nothing stopping these hosts from escaping the park now. They can program themselves, create new hosts, make an army. And you're right- an army that essentially can't be killed. The park is definitely done, but the fight is just beginning!
