DH and I have been out once since our DD was born over a year ago (for a wedding). We're going out next weekend and I want to go somewhere NICE. Quiet, kid free and good food. Anywhere in Nassau or western Suffolk. No sushi.

Il Luogo in Lynbrook is great for Italian, it's classy and romantic
Aperitif in Rockville Centre has great food but could get loud

I truly feel like nowhere is quiet at a restaurant on a Long Island weekend.
My go-to recommendation is always King Umberto's in Elmont.
