Weekly Menu 1/16/17
Sunday- leftover pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans
Monday- chicken chili, salad
Tuesday- chicken and wild rice soup, cornbread, salad
Wednesday- veggie burgers, oven fries, roasted broccoli
Thursday- leftover soup
Friday- ST slow cooker tacos
Saturday- mac n cheese, hot dogs, green beans

Weekly Menu 1/16/17
Sunday- baked ziti, garlic bread, salad
Monday- vegetarian stuffed peppers
Tuesday- slow cooker chicken tacos with spanish rice
Wednesday- pork chops, applesauce, orzo, green beans
Thursday- DS has karate until 6:30. Annie's mac & cheese with peas & carrots for the kids, DH & I will have leftovers
Friday- order in pizza or chinese
Saturday- homemade chicken noodle soup

i gained 23 lbs since june...
I put myself back on WW ( old points)
tons of turkey burger 98% lean with steamed veggies. chicken.. not fun!!

Mon - sweet potatoes topped with kale and cannellini beans
Tue - roasted tiny potatoes, kale/beans, sautéed eggplant and portabellos
Wed- broccoli soup, rolls, eggplant/portabellos
Thu - same as Tue
Fri - not sure yet. Maybe same as Wed?
Sat - out with my friends after the women's march
I'm cooking all of this right now...ahh, so relaxing.

I've gained like 15 pounds since July/August... and now I have no idea what to make.
chicken veggie soup today but of course im still making garlic bread.

Sunday - Tex-mex lasagna Monday-Sunday leftovers Tuesday - grilled chicken seasoned with cilantro Avocado yogurt dressing, string beans Wednesday - brown/white rice with left over Tex-mex meat filling or Tex-mex quesadillas Thursday - tbd (maybe butter chicken or crockpot tikki Marsala) Friday - tbd maybe the sweet potato black bean taquitos
I meal prepped tomorrow's dinner doing these 4 day 1 pan meals for the week. It will be DHs lunch and my dinner: -meal 1: chicken, sweet potato & quinoa (coconut brown rice for dh) -meal 2: BBQ chicken, zucchini, quinoa (dh: brown rice) -meal 3: BBQ chicken, balsamic Brussel sprouts, quinoa -meal 4: chicken, tandoori cauliflower with yogurt dressing, quinoa (dh: coconut brown rice)
I put dried cranberry in my quinoa for my weeks dinner.

I'm fighting a nasty cold, so no meal planning this week. DH went food shopping, so it is whatever he bought and put in the fridge.

Sunday- Pasta with meat sauce, butter for the kids with funny tummies Monday- Pork loin roast, roasted root veggies, mashed and gravy for kids, salad Tuesday- Chicken with garlic and oil (old family recipe) Wednesday- Pasta with chick peas and broccoli, salad Thursday- hot dogs for the kids, DH and I = leftovers Friday- shrimp stir-fry Saturday- Honey sriracha wings and vegetable stir fry
