Pepper Steak Recipe
Does anyone have a recipe that tastes like Chinese take-out? I have tried to make it for DH a few times and he always says it's missing something--but no clue what 
I don't eat it so I have no idea what it is supposed to taste like.

I make this recipe but I use half soy sauce and half teriyaki sauce.

I always made this one from Swansons and it was very very good.

I was thinking the sauce was the problem but maybe it's the meat
