Chocolate covered Strawberries

Hi everyone, I have a customer who wants 4 dozen alcohol infused choc covered strawberries. Now she says she needs to get them on Friday for a Saturday party. That would mean I need them to make them on Thursday night. How do I tell the customer to keep them fresh for 2 days? Someone told me NOT to refrigerate them or else the the choc will sweat? What do I do?

Make a test batch.
Keep some cool, some refrigerated and see what happens to both the berry and the chocolate.
