As far as Mexico paying for the wall and that the payments might be complicated, I take that to mean that any people who come over illegally are going to be jailed and they will have to pay a hefty fee to be returned back to Mexico. And that we won't be doing much business with Mexico at all… so I don't think he actually means that he sending a bill to Mexico to pay for the wall… Just that he's going to make their life hell.
He will squander our tax money on this idiotic wall and the fact is, he will NEVER be able to get those billions of dollars back. He thinks he's a tough guy and can just bully everyone around the world to bend to his will. Not only will that NOT work but he's also going to make America everyone's enemy. I don't care how he THINKS he's going to do it, the fact is he has NO way of really getting that money back and he isn't going to bully Mexico into coughing it up.
As an side, the entire sentence that I quoted sounded idiotic.

That was painful to watch.
There really needs to be a "Trump to English" translator for everyone. He can't seem to complete a single sentence, and the fragments he does produce don't follow each other.
He still has no actual answers for anything. As president, the public no longer can tolerate the "I have a yugely great plan". We need FACTS! Campaign promises are fine during the campaign, but now that he's in office, we need to see actual plans.
I would LOVE to have a universal health care plan that is better than ACA. However, right now, THERE IS NO PLAN! At least not one that the public can see and decide if it's good or not.
Drop the voting results crap! At this point, who cares (other than Trump) that he had significantly less people at his inauguration than Obama. THERE IS NO VOTER FRAUD! ... other than your own people being registered in two states (which isn't fraud, btw).
I don't understand the logic (I realize that there isn't any, it's just his ego) of a winner stating that the election was tampered with in a major way. If there are actually that many fraudulent votes, then as a nation, we absolutely need a revote.
Mexico WILL NOT PAY FOR THE WALL! It's going to be paid for by increasing US Taxes and/or increasing the debt.
Agree with everything!!!
His inability to communicate in a mature, dignified, intelligent, coherent manner is absolutely scary. Can you imagine him sitting down with other world leaders???
There is NO other way to say it..............the man sounds dumb. He sounds SO dumb and so clueless that I squirm listening to him. This is NOT how a president should carry himself!!!
His CONSTANT need to have his ego stroked and be told how great he has is unnerving. I think he truly has a screw loose. This is not normal for a 70 yr man. Walking ABC cameras around to show them pictures of the crowds was just sad. It was so desperate and needy. LET IT GO. He was also very rude towards the interviewer, so dismissive of him and ABC. Literally zero respect. Never answered a question properly or really at all. It's just constant BS. My favorite line was:
"All it is, is we'll be reimbursed at a later date from whatever transaction we make from Mexico," he said. "I'm just telling you there will be a payment. It will be in a form, perhaps a complicated form. What I'm doing is good for the United States. It's also going to be good for Mexico. We want to have a very stable, very solid Mexico."
I mean seriously??? It will be in a form, perhaps a complicated form??? WTF does that even mean??? This is an embarrassment, I am actually completely embarrassed to be an American right now. I feel like I want to walk around with a sign on my neck that says, "Wasn't me, I didn't vote for him!!"
Next thing we know well be at war with Mexico because they never paid back the money for the wall.

We deserve to fail
It pains me to say it, but I agree we do deserve to fail. You wonder why America is looked at as a bunch of uncivilized yahoos? This is why. And I actually now feel that as a whole, our country is inferior in priorities, treatment of its people, treatment of the environment and in culture compared to the rest of the civilized world.
Careful, or the real patriots will tell you to leave.
To the point about undocumented immigrants entering illegally and then paying a fine to be sent back to Mexico - how exactly is he going to force people who probably spent every last dollar paying someone to GET THEM here to pay a fine to leave?

And the Mexican President has stated that Mexico also has plenty of tools that it can use to make life more difficult for the US.... No matter what, in the end, the US taxpayer is paying for the wall, either directly or indirectly.
Agreed.
I can't help but laugh when that Mexico ex president was telling Anderson Cooper that he wasn't paying for the ******* wall. He was like, "I hate to say this again because I said it before… But Mexico is not paying for that ******* wall !"
Vicente Fox started a #F*ckingWall hashtag on twitter. It's great.
