This was literally updated 10minutes ago as of last night there was talk of it happening.
With this administration anything is possible. Maybe he's not coming today but I won't put it past him to do it at some point.

Something is coming- may be presented as a 'religious freedom' EO. You can't have folks like Pence around without some curtailing of LGBT rights. Also, all the potential SC picks are super conservative, which may lead to marriage equality being overturned.

I'm not sure what your point is. I was just posting that it's not true, what does the timing matter? Last night it was a rumor that a bunch of websites ran with. No matter which side you are on people should agree that the media is our of control and jumps on any headline that will get clicks.

The supreme court picks should be interesting, and I do think he will pick very conservative people. This is where you are going to find a roll back in LGBT rights and the potential overturning of Roe v. Wade.
It makes me think that some of the older SC judges should have retired under Obama just in case Trump won so that Obama could have replaced them.

Replaced them? Like Garland was a replacement? The GOP would never let Obama pick another replacement judge. They refused to even look at Garland for 18 months.

I actually disagree. I don't think that he is using distraction tactics. I just think that the media is so out of control. There is no responsible reporting. The second there is a whiff of something they don't care whether it's true or not they are running with the story. Back in the day before the internet, people had to vet the stories before they went to print. And most of the information was communicated from responsible sources like the AP. It was much harder to retract something untrue so they were more careful about what they reported. The media is LOVING this divide and their motivation is NOT to provide you the truth. Their motivation is advertising $$$$ and that is directly correlated to the number of clicks on their site.
