Lord & Taylor, especially with coupons.
Calvin Klein has some good styles, not to expensive.
I'm missing Jones NY.
Macy's for Alfani and sometimes INC.
This year I bought at Talbots, a little pricey but will last me a few seasons.
I'm tall and that is always a challenge to find longer lengths.

I just ordered 3 pairs of Devin pants from AT on sale a few minutes ago. My fave work pants! Great quality and fit is perfect for work!

Not really. But they are ankle length on me. So I wear them with pumps as like an ankle length look- and it works that way
Or I wear tall boots over them

Luckily the style now is ankle length. I see that a lot so these will just be that length if you are taller.
