Cries of "FAKE NEWS"
Not my area of expertise (should there be any lawyers out there) but why wouldn't The NYT or CNN slam the POTUS with a libel suit given these repeated accusations of "fake news" via Spicer as well as Twitter when they are publishing verifiable facts?

I'm wondering that myself. How is that he's getting away with so many lies? We all now politicians have a knack for spinning the truth but this guy does it every single day and for things that can easily be proven false!
Didn't Clinton get impeached for perjury? Is this only because he did it in court? If so, we need to get this clown court pronto!
The Republicans are enabling him by not calling him out on them. :P

He needs to just stop with this. It's utterly ridiculous to be so completely dismissive of the press. It's NOT all "fake news". He just cannot handle being questioned and called out so naturally, if it hurts his precious ego it must all be fake. This from a man who, along with his entire administration, lie as easily as they breathe.
This is a all a way to constantly distract and deflect attention from the real $hit that's going down behind closed doors. If he keeps getting everyone worked up over the media then nobody is paying attention to his underhanded dirty deeds. Wake up America.

And the lies aren't just a difference of opinion. Most of them are outright, provable, demonstrable lies.
His crowd size was smaller than Obama's.
There are not 3-5 million illegal votes.
He has done less in his first 3 weeks than Obama.
The Judicial Branch DOES get to decide if EOs are constitutional.
People DO want to see his taxes.
There are no such things as "Alternative Facts"
SNL is having the highest ratings in 26 years.

I feel that if they even try to slam the administration with the appropriate lawsuits, they will be barred from pressers and no longer will be called at the weekly meetings/briefings
In the meantime, everyone sees through the bullcrap and I don't think it matters in the end. Unless the proceeds from the lawsuits go directly to ACLU
