Las Vegas--Seafood?

Joes seafood, prime steak and stone crab. I've been to the Miami and Chicago locations and love it.

King crab legs already cut out for you, raw bar. Pretty much everything you can think of. It's the best buffet on the planet. Go during the week. We went on a weekend and skipped the line to get a ticket by talking to the hostess, and once we got the ticket we still had to wait another hour and a half. It's best if you go there to get a ticket wayy before you want to eat so you're not starving waiting on 2 long lines. Or go on a weeknight.

Hands down Estiatorio Milos at the Cosmo. I was just there last week for a party and everyone couldn't stop raving about how good the fish was.

If you eat sushi, Masa at the Aria and Blue Ribbon at the Cosmo are also great.
